yes. many uploads were in a state of limbo so they were completed. no doubt a portion of them were reuploaded so there might be duplicates. otoh, many might have been assumed to be successful and were not reuploaded. we just wouldn't know for sure. so the publicdate will be when the uploaded finally succeeded in creating an item which would have been in the last few days.
